Cancellation Policy For Orders placed on Auto Machinery Spares Co.

At Auto & Machinery Spares Co., we strive to provide a smooth shopping experience. However, we understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel an order. Please review our cancellation policy below.
- Order cancellation Before the shipment: Orders can be canceled free of charge as long as they have not been processed or shipped, which is usually between 1-2 days. The shipping status can be checked by communicating with us on email or by calling or emailing the customer care at +918889311145 / info@automachineryspares.com
- Order cancellation after the shipment; As a general policy order cannot be cancelled after it has been shipped. However, there can be exceptions subject to following conditions;
- For cancellation of orders post the shipment, but prior to delivery; you will need to contact customer care or/and write an email to us stating the reasons for seeking cancellation with all the details of your order & payment. In such a scenario, cancellation is not assured, but it can be tried by our team to reverse the shipment by talking to the transporter / courier agent and if they agree and the shipment can travel back to us, the amount refunded in such a case will be paid after the deduction of the total of- both the ways transportation charges, packing/unpacking charges, 10% overhead charges and the GST on deduction amount. The refund amount in such cases shall be processed in 5-7 business days to your original payment method & a credit note will be issued.
- For cancellation of orders post the shipment and after the receipt / delivery; The order cannot be cancelled / refunded in any scenario once it is delivered to the customer. However, we can consider a return request under exceptional circumstances where-in the customer sends us a return request within 24 hours of the delivery of shipment subject to the following conditions;
(i). There is an authentic reason for return of the goods.
(ii). The goods are not at all opened, used or assembled.
(iii). The packaging must be in original state and not tampered with
(iv). It is necessary to share photographs and video of the package along with the return request.
(v). Customer agrees to ship the goods by the same carrier on a freight paid basis and is ready to bear a deduction of 20% cancellation / service fee +GST for the value of the goods returned.
(vi). We reserve the rights to accept or refuse such a return request without assigning any reasons.
(vii). Certain category of goods, particularly high value goods, goods supplied against specific orders, electrical goods, fragile goods, etc. are not covered in refund policy under any condition and shall be decided on case-to-case basis.
