Refund and Return Policy

 

At Auto & Machinery spares co, we strive to provide the highest quality products to our customers. Please note that all our products are generally of non-returnable nature with some exceptions if they meet the refund criteria as outlined below. To initiate a return or exchange, please reach out to our customer service team at 8889311145 or email us on info@automachineryspares.com, and we will guide you through the process.

 

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately or within 24 hours of receiving your order. The request must be made prior to the actual use of the product, with photographs and videos of both the product and the package as received by you. The product must be unused and in its original packing. Once we receive a return request, the customer care team will analyse the authenticity of the claim and accordingly make a decision to replace the product, refund the payment or otherwise. This process should take 3-5 working days and the refund (if issued) shall be processed in the original method in 5-7 working days. The replacement (if agreed upon) shall be sent free of additional charges once the damaged/defective product is shipped / received back to us. 

 

  • Parts Mismatch / Wrong specifications / Wrong Product Received; If a part / item received is different in specifications, design or fitment from the original part / item on your equipment, the refund or replacement request can be filed within 7 days of the delivery of the product. In such a case please write to us or get in touch with our customer care team as soon as possible with all the details such as pictures/video of both the new & the old product highlighting the difference in design, part nos. and/or dimensions, etc. The product must be unused and in its original packing. Our team will then analyse the claim and apprise you of the outcome within 3 working days of the request. If the request is approved, you will have a choice to get it replaced (if in stock) or get the refund as per our refund policy mentioned above.

 

  • Defective / Malfunctioning / Prematurely failed (under warranty, if any applicable) Products; We strive to provide our customers with the best possible warranty terms wherever possible. It may not be possible for all the products to be covered under warranty. Warranty policy varies for all the branded products / products categories with some not covered under warranty/ guarantee, some carry “limited warranty” and others under warranty subject to specific set of conditions. Please look for mentioned warranty terms on the product page or ask us if you have any doubts or need clarifications. However, in the case of a premature failure of a product under warranty, the original buyer will be required to contact our customer service team to lodge a warranty claim with all the details as per the requirement of the team, which may vary on case-to-case basis. Upon analysis and investigation of the warranty claim, our team shall inform the decision within 5 working days either to repair/replace/return the product or to negate the claim (if it does not satisfy the warranty terms and if the product is not used in accordance with the instructions given in the product brochure by the manufacturer) The replacement, refund or service shall be done in accordance with our general refund / returns policy.

Return Process: 

Once your return/exchange request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and other requisite documents to ship back the product. Please pack the item securely in its original state, follow the instructions of our customer care team and ship it back to us within 3 days.

 

Refund Method:

Refunds will be issued via Google Pay or UPI online transfer to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

 

Refund Amount: 

The refund amount will be for the full purchase price of the item(s) minus any applicable cancellation charges, restocking fees, etc. as per the terms & conditions applicable to that particular product / sale.
